Our team of experts keeps their stringent eye on the quality of the raw material brought for the manufacturing process as these determine the quality of finished Materials. All the raw materials that are brought in the company premises are visually checked and further, inspected for Guarantee/Warranty certificates, test certificates and written specification.

While procuring the raw materials, we check the Identification and credibility of the vendors and its market reputation.

We test the entire range of Steel, Aluminum, Copper, and other Metals, Flats, Bars, Channels, Nuts, Bolts, Washers and other items for:

Quality Assurance

Quality is one of the most important element of our business operations as it has helped us to raise our credibility in the market. Since the inception of our company, we have put extra emphasis on the superiority of our products. We have installed following machines to check our products on various national and international standards.

Testing Machines:  

• Automatic Tensile Strength Testing Machine: for strength and break loading test gor hardware fittings and parts.
• Chemical Test Equipment and Instruments Mechanical Control Panel: to test the weight and uniformity of Zinc and silver coating
• Whetstone Bridge: for the measurement of resistance of different contacts, fitting ferrous and non ferrous.
• High Voltage Test Equipment: It is used to check the power frequency voltage dry test and power frequency voltage wet test and for other required electrical  tests.
• Mili Volt Drop Test Equipment: It is done to conduct high tension GOAB, TPMO and Air break switches from 11 Kv to 66 Kv
• Hardness Tester, Porosity Tester and Casting Test Equipment: This test is conducted during quality control, for cast iron, Al. alloy and other and non-ferrous casting.
• Mechanical Testing Equipment: It is used to check endurance on isolator etc..
• Various Electrical Test Instrument like meggar, earth tester, multi-tier, galvanometers and ammeters: It is done for different electrical testing during production for quality control and during inspection by purchasing departments.
• Various Mechanical Tests and precision Instruments like micrometer, screw gauges, vernier calipers, inner and outer scales and other tools: it is used to measure or test raw material and finished products.

Manufacturing facility

• Casting - Casting is done through dies with high quality chemicals. Proper temperature is maintained in the furnaces for melting the metals and alloys. Casting is done for:
• Visual check up for smoothness of surface or deformity etc.
• Flaws casting holes, poromty or any other casting defeats.
• Forging - The forging is done with hammer on High Carbon High Chromium Steel Dies at right temperature for desired hardness.
• Machining - Machining is cutting, threading, facing, twisting, drilling, shaping, turning etc. of casting, forging and other parts. The production keeps constant vigil on the prepared parts.
• Assembly and Fitting - After all of the above process and lots of testing, the parts are sent to assembly shop for final fitting. The fitting with the instruction of the purchaser or according to the need of final product. Most  experienced and highly trained skilled workmen are assigned with work of fitting under the supervision of Production Engineer
